Heritage brand Hawes & Curtis recently unveiled a partnership with Warner Bros and the new Hollywood blockbuster The Man from U.N.C.L.E. – creating a stylish collection of ‘60s inspired outfits influenced by the movie.
Producing high quality clothing for gentlemen and ladies since 1913, and boasting three Royal Warrants during that period, Jermyn St favourite Hawes & Curtis has evolved into a lifestyle brand which encompasses quintessential British style.
Henry Cavill (“Man of Steel”) stars as Napoleon Solo opposite Armie Hammer as IllyaKuryakin (“The Social Network”) in director Guy Ritchie’s “The Man from U.N.C.L.E,” a fresh taken on the hugely popular 1960’s television series, in cinemas in August 14th.

Hawes & Curtis has grabbed the opportunity to showcase its phenomenal heritage, which has long been acclaimed by aristocracy and Hollywood’s elite, by recreating three of the looks from the films scenes and an overall collection that brings out the atmosphere of the time.
For men, exquisitely tailored suits and shirts from the company’s premium 1913 Collection steal the show. The suits are made from the finest Italian wool while the Jermyn Street style shirts are made from 140s cotton with silk touch and feature some stunning additional details such as Mother of Pearl buttons. The ties are the same design as the ones in the movie.
Tie-pins, cufflinks and pocket squares add sartorial flourishes and showcase a welcome return to the days when dressing to the nines was important seven days a week.
For the more casual Weekend Collection, Hawes & Curtis has recreated the third and casual look with soft turtle-neck sweater, leather jacket, cap and leather weekender bag.

Owner Touker Suleyman, who’s currently starring in the new series of Dragons’ Den, said partnering with Warner Bros in this iconic remake of the series The Man from U.N.C.L.E. was something natural for both brands: a marriage of style and sophistication.
“As soon as we saw the trailer for the film we knew it had bags of style,” he said. “All of the characters are impeccably dressed andwe were excited to recreate the Looks and even produce a collection inspired by the film’s atmosphere. This partnership is another step of communicating our brand’s evolution into the British lifestyle territory.”
