The Ritz London is proud to announce a limited number of exclusive dinners with carefully selected luxury Champagne houses.

The evenings will commence with a Champagne and canapé reception in the grand 18th century surroundings of William Kent House adjoined to The Ritz London.

The dinners are hosted by a speaker from each of the Champagne houses and a bespoke Escoffier inspired four course menu created by Executive Chef John Williams, MBE will be served to complement the different vintages and styles of Champagne.

Throughout the evening each glass is introduced by the representative from the Champagne House and the sumptuous menu will be personally presented by Chef John Williams, MBE. During the evening there will be a question and answer session.

Friday 20th March 2015 – Perrier-Jouët

The guest speaker will be Hervé Deschamps, only the 7th Perrier-Jouët Chef du Caves in Perrier-Jouët’s 204 year history. The renowned house of Perrier-Jouët produces elegant Champagne which combines harmony, finesse and elegance which perfectly complements the four course menu. £260 per person.

Friday 19th June 2015 – Bollinger

This evening will be hosted by the President of Champagne Bollinger Jérôme Philipon. The Bollinger Champagne house was awarded a Royal Warrant in 1884 and its traditional methods are to this day maintained by the sixth generation of the Bollinger family. £260 per person.

Friday 18th September 2015 – Pol Roger

Throughout the evening, guest speaker Mr James Simpson, a Master of Wine and the Managing Director of Champagne Pol Roger, will introduce the Champagnes from the family owned company. Sir Winston Churchill was a fan of Pol Roger and famously stated, “In defeat I need it, in victory I deserve it”. £260 per person.

Friday 20th November 2015 – Ruinart

The guest speaker Mr Federic Panaiotis, the Chef de Caves of Champagne Ruinart will be introducing the wines throughout the evening and story-telling about the oldest established Champagne house. £275 per person.
