Vegetarian Dumpling
Last night Bruce Langlands, Food Director of Harrods, and Eddie Lim, Owner of Mango Tree restaurant group, unveiled Chai Wu, a new contemporary Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor of the world-famous luxury department store.

The restaurant is an opulent space that can accommodate 90 guests with a diverse menu incorporating speciality and luxury ingredients.

Guests were treated to a section of delicious canapés including warm puree of potato and wasabi with crème fraiche and beluga caviar, chicken satay, mini chili and salt squid with adjud sauce and vegetarian dumpling. For pudding we sampled the Green tea crème brûlée- Yum!

Chai Wu Haig
Drinks included the special Chai Wu Haig cocktail, champagne and wine. We had a very enjoyable evening and we can’t wait to go back!
