Established on Jermyn Street in 1898, T.M.Lewin quickly gained its reputation for superior shirt making. It’s founder and one of the pioneers of the original ‘coat shirt’, Thomas Mayes Lewin, was obsessive about both quality and value.
While the business has evolved over the last century, these values remain firmly embedded within the company’s culture.
Many of the same tried and tested traditional manufacturing techniques are still employed today, as the Lewin in-house design team continues to extend its extensive product portfolio of shirts, tailoring and casual wear.

As well as creating clothes for today’s modern professionals, T.M.Lewin also provides formalwear to some of the biggest names in sport, including the England men’s and women’s cricket teams, the Irish FA, the Welsh Rugby Union and Manchester City Football Club.
NEW for AW14…
The current AW14 collection ‘City Highlander’ was inspired by the rugged landscape and rich colour palette of the Highlands. Unmistakably true to the spirit of autumn, it features deep seasonal blasts of colour, bold prints and statement patterns. It’s a seasonal range rich in texture and detail, where layering is key, outerwear compliments classic tailoring and casual and formal blend elegantly together.
