Rules are rules and nobody knows this better than Jeremy Hackett. Founder and chairman of quintessential British men’s brand, Hackett, Mr. Hackett lays down the rules of being a British gentleman for the new A/W 2014 global advertising campaign.

“Jeremy’s Rules for Living a Better Life” gives Mr. Hackett’s take on how to dress and behave for the forthcoming season. Shot by renowned photographer, John Balsom, over two days in the Hertfordshire countryside, the images perfectly capture the essence of Hackett’s classic yet modern take on style, all provided with a humorous twist through encapsulating the tongue-in-cheek, British sense of humor.

Jermyn Street: The Hackett Rules

The team battled with sunshine, rain, polo ponies, dogs, Aston Martin racecars and a vintage bathtub to complete the shoot. The results showcase the best of the new AW14 collection and the timeless and unique Hackett look.
Other highlights from the new campaign include:

Rule No. 3 – “Always Offer A Lady Your Seat” features Hackett’s collaboration with Cooper Bikes. Taking centre stage in the British landscape, the Hackett Cooper Tourer brings a touch of class to cycling. Inspired by the classic lightweight racing bikes of the sixties, the Tourer combines timeless styling with the latest materials and technology.

Rule No. 8 – “Improvise with What You Wear” is a reminder of Hackett’s on-going partnership with Aston Martin Racing. Featuring one of the team’s racing cars, the Hackett AMR collection is a technical and sporty take on classic menswear.
