The Phantom of the Opera, now in its 28th year at Her Majesty’s Theatre is only a short walk from Jermyn Street. There will soon be a number of key cast changes in the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical. From Monday 1 September 2014, Liam Tamne will star as ‘Raoul’, and making their West End debuts: John Ellis as ‘Piangi’ and Alicia Beck as ‘Meg.
Each performance has 230 costumes and the dress isn’t too dissimilar from what can found on Jermyn Street, with pieces including waistcoats, tailcoats, braces, bowties, dress shirts, silk dressing gowns, hats and more.
