Henry Holland took to the decks and Sink the Pink, Fat Tony and Horse Meat Disco also presented their musical talents as revellers happily danced the night away.
Guests were treated to Veuve Clicquot Champagne, in a selection of delectable cocktails including the ‘Belvedere Zephyr’ consisting of a delicious mix of Belevedere Vodka, Pink Grapefruit Juice, Almond Syrup and a splash of tonic.
Along with ‘The Style-Tini’ Belvedere Vodka; a perfect blend of Lychee Syrup and Grapefruit Bitters.
The canapeas were heavenly; Tartare of Smoked Salmon with Pickled Cucumber in Filo, Miso Seared Scallop with Wasabi Yoghurt, Crab and Grapefruit Crostini with Shaved Fennel.
If that wasn’t enough, more nibbles followed including; Foie Gras on Focaccia with Sweet Apple and Cider Chutney, Fillet Steak with Crispy Potato and Béarnaise Sauce, Mini Tramp Burger, Wild Mushroom and Pheasant Tartlet.
Guests were also spoilt further with Dolcelatté and Walnut Mousse, Beetroot and Quince Tart with Hazelnut and Truffle Pesto V, Tartlet of Artichokes, cèpes and Blue Cheese.
